She has her MA in Reading. Prior to coming to the TA Center, Ann worked in Grand Ledge Public Schools as an elementary teacher, Reading Specialist and retired from the district as the Literacy Coach. Ann is excited to bring her experience and skills to our team.

Most recently, she was the training team lead for PBIS Applications through the University of Oregon and continues to serve as a national trainer for the SWIS Suite.

Jennifer is a speech-language pathologist; she was a self-contained SLI educator teaching speech, language and literacy kindergarten through 2nd grade.

For MDE, she is the lead for Social & Emotional Learning. Leisa helped develop the MiPHY survey of youth risk and protective factors. Leisa was a high school English teacher and is a counseling psychologist.

Prior to coming to the TA Center, Rhonda worked as an Early Childhood Disability and Mental Health Manager with a large nonprofit Early Childhood agency near Detroit. She is a strong advocate for children and families as they start their educational journey. Additionally, she has worked as a center administrator, specialist, and teacher in Early Childhood Education programs.
