EC PBIS Leadership Team Coaches play an important role in the sustainability and scale-up of Early Childhood PBIS. This Community of Practice provides the opportunity for EC PBIS Leadership Team Coaches across the state to come together to engage in learning, network, and share lessons learned. Additionally, it will provide opportunities to lift challenges that hinder scale-up and sustainability efforts. These sessions support Leadership Team Coaches in implementing and sustaining EC PBIS implementation with fidelity in their districts and regions, which leads to improved outcomes for children, families, providers, and programs. 

By the end of these sessions, participants will:
1. Understand the role of the EC PBIS Leadership Coach and how to support Leadership Teams at early childhood sites. 
2. Receive and share resources that support the goals of sustainability and scale-up of EC PBIS. 
3. Inform future technical assistance offered by the MiMTSS TA Center.
