Secondary Fall Data Review

School-level data reviews provide school leadership teams time to review the current status of their universal tier of supports and act upon student outcome and fidelity data to improve student achievement. Teams develop action plans tied to the School Improvement Framework and Plan and identify areas to celebrate success with the school community, while using a problem-solving process to prepare implementation improvements for the rest of the school year and the next year.
