Intermediate School Districts
When an ISD enters a cohort, training sessions begin with the ISD implementation team before involving districts or schools. The training sessions begin in the fall of the first school year.
Currently, all partnering ISDs are in Year 4 or beyond. Please contact the TA Center if you are looking for Year 1, 2, or 3 ISD implementation team training materials.
Year 4+
Continuous Data Reviews
Beginning their fourth year, ISD implementation teams have two data reviews per year to determine what supports to provide to their districts.

Local Districts
Intensive training sessions begin with the district implementation team prior to engaging in training with schools. The training sessions begin in the first year of partnership.
Coaching Support Sessions for DIT Installation
As part of the District Readiness Session, District leadership engages in a high-quality selection process to choose a District Coordinator who will learn how to effectively coach their District Implementation Team (DIT). The District Coordinator, along with the Executive Leader selected to be a member of the DIT, will attend a coaching support session before each of the DIT installation training sessions.
Year 1
District Implementation Team (DIT) Installation Series
District implementation teams go through the installation series in their first year. The series helps teams build their capacity to support schools with implementing MTSS.

Data Coordinator Training Sessions
Districts provide data coordinators for their schools. Districts identify individuals and receive training at different times, depending on the district's circumstances. The TA Center helps districts select the right people and times for data coordinator training.

Coaching Support Sessions
Districts provide coaching support for their schools. Some schools also provide their own coaches. Coaches from district staff and school staff attend the same coaching support sessions, which are listed in the school-level sequences.

Teams will review their school data multiple times during the year to determine what supports to provide to their schools, as well as continued consideration for installation work.

The school leadership team begins its training sessions after it is approached by the district implementation team. Schools might be approached during a district's first year or at a later time. The training sessions begin in December of the first school year.
Districts identify coaches and data coordinators to support schools who attend some of the school-level training sessions. Schools might also identify coaches and other individuals who need to attend some of the following training sessions.
