District Executive Leaders and Administrators, Human Resources

This session will guide districts in developing quality staff recruitment and selection processes for hiring new staff or selecting existing staff to fulfill new or different roles/positions.

By the end of this session, teams will:

  1. Identify the core components of a process for recruiting, selecting, and supporting staff
  2. Develop next steps to refine district personnel selection processes
