An Event For:

Multi-Disciplinary Team (Tier 2/Tier 3 team, Intervention Team), Behavior Coaches, District/ISD Coordinators

Check-In, Check-Out (CICO) is an evidence-based intervention that provides support to learners in developing social, emotional, and behavioral skills through daily check-ins and teacher feedback. This training will provide teams and those that support teams with guidance in implementing this intervention along with ways to adapt basic CICO.

By the end of these sessions, participants will:

  1. Develop a plan to implement the Tier 2 intervention Check-in, Check-Out (CICO) with fidelity
  2. Understand ways to use data for maintaining, altering, or fading the intervention
  3. Explore when and how it is appropriate to adapt the basic CICO intervention
