Preschool Classroom Coaches
The Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool (TPOT) is a preschool classroom assessment used to measure the implementation fidelity of Preschool Pyramid Model Practices in the classroom. These sessions prepare participants to successfully administer the TPOT with preschool teaching teams to inform coaching goals around Pyramid Practices. With Practice-Based Coaching, use of the TPOT supports the implementation of Pyramid Practices with fidelity, leading to improved outcomes for children, families, providers, and programs.
