Literacy MTSS Professional Learning Specialist
Kristen's role with the TA Center focuses on supporting the MDE, state-aid, K-12 Literacy/Dyslexia bills for Tier 1 literacy curriculum review and developing training content to support using screening and implementation plan monitoring data to accelerate Tier 1 reading outcomes. Before coming to the TA Center, Kristen worked as a classroom teacher, an adjunct professor in the Literacy Studies department at WMU, and as a literacy coach/instructional at KRESA.
