EC PBIS Leadership Team Strategic Planning

The Early Childhood Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (EC PBIS) Leadership Team Strategic Planning sessions are designed to support Leadership Teams in the installation of EC PBIS for preschool classrooms at a school or center. Teams will explore all of the data, systems, and practices that are part of EC PBIS. At the end of the sessions, teams will have developed an Implementation Plan that will support the implementation of EC PBIS with fidelity, leading to improved outcomes for all children, families, providers, and programs.

Prework

Participants will complete the following activities prior to the Live Zoom Sessions.

Orientation

Body

The Orientation is designed for site administrators and Leadership Team Coaches.

Agenda

Session 1

Session 1 is focused on the development of a Leadership Team and staff buy-in.

Session 2

Session 2 is focused on program-wide expectations and rules, family engagement, and addressing challenging behavior.

  • Determine next steps for developing, teaching, and acknowledging program-wide expectations

Session 3

Session 3 is focused on ensuring staff support and professional learning, as well as using the EC PBIS data sources to monitor implementation and outcomes.

Coach Session
